Autumn is my favorite time of year, and Halloween is my favorite holiday. I think it is all the pumpkins. I love pumpkin recipes, pumpkin seeds and pumpkin carving. For today’s Friday favorite I thought I would share some places on the web to get good pumpkin recipes, and some great carving ideas!
Pumpkin Recipes
My favorite fall dessert is the pumpkin roll. I am not much of a baker, but a few years back I set out to learn how to make pumpkin rolls so that I could enjoy this tasty treat without having to hope someone else makes it. Pumpkin Carving
Every year I set out with a grand idea of how I will transform my pumpkin, and every year it looks about the same, wide eyed and smiling. I might vary the number of teeth I give my jack-o-lantern, but that is about it.
