- All Google publishers now have access to AdSense for feeds. This tool gives publishers the ability to add AdSense adds to their RSS feeds.
- Google Reader announced it has added features to improve sharing items with your friends. In addition to having the ability to create a separate friends list within reader, when someone decides to share items with you you’ll receive a notification and the ability to preview and subscribe.
- AOL is set to aquire Socialthing. Although the acquisition is not finalized yet, and financial details have yet to be revealed, the acquisition is close to completion. Socialthing aggregates social feeds, much like FriendFeed.
- Yahoo! announced it’s first upgrade to Inquisitor. Inquisitor is a search browser plugin for Apple Safari. Inquisitor was given a new look, enhanced speed of search results, and is now available in 8 languages.
