		<description>Although I agree that content is an important aspect of on site optimization, the &quot;content is king&quot; phrase is so cliche` and I think over emphasized.  In my opinion, content should be optimized, titles, meta, alt tags, possibly image names, internal linking, xml sitemap, header tags, are all important and should be considered on their own and it also depends on the site.  Adding content is not a bad idea especially if the site lacks any substantial content... however for rankings purposes you have to do quite a bit to optimize the site itself first, and then in my opinion links are king, not content!  You need to then continually add links each month with targeted anchor text to achieve the rankings you want.  I see you say these are just a few pointers I just figured I would help add to the list!  Your list is definately not all inclusive but I think you have already made that somewhat clear, but perhaps not to the novice.</description>
